Returns & Replacements
- If you need to return or exchange an item, please initiate your request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- When returning a product, shipping charges will be deducted based on actual costs incurred. However, if there's a defect from our end or transit damage, shipping charges will not be deducted.
- Please note that due to hygiene reasons, teethers and rattles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions for the return process via call, WhatsApp, or email.
- For exchanges, we will arrange to pick up the existing order, and the refunded amount can be used to place a new order.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated within 48 hours, while refunds for cash on delivery (COD) orders will take 7 days after we receive the product back at our facility.
- Please ensure to request order cancellations before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, shipping charges will be deducted.
